Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in Baker City, Oregon.

All in-stock fabric orders ship within 1-3 business days. 

During large promotional events and/or holidays, processing times will be delayed to 3-7 business days. 

Please note all orders ship complete. If you order pre-order and in-stock items, your order will not ship until all items are available. 

United States

All orders ship for one flat rate of $8.95. We ship through USPS, FEDEX and UPS. All orders include tracking. Orders under 1 lb will ship first class mail. Orders between 1 and 4 lbs, will ship USPS priority or FedEx express. Orders over 4 lbs will ship USPS priority or UPS ground. Shipping service is based on the destination. 

Expected transit times (does not include fulfillment time):

  • USPS First Class Mail: 1-5 business days
  • USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
  • FedEx Express: 2-3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is available during the holidays for a flat rate of $22.95. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as it's placed (Monday-Friday) and go out with the next package pick-up. Cutoff time for same day shipping is 1pm EST. Selecting rush shipping, does not change the shipping speed; expected transit times are listed above. 

International

We ship everywhere in the world! Shipments are sent through your choice of USPS or FedEx Express priority or economy. By law we cannot mark your package as a "gift". All packages will be clearly labeled as containing "FABRIC". The declared value on the customs form does not include the shipping. Please be aware that you may have additional duties and/or taxes to pay when your package arrives. You are responsible for these fees.   

Delivery Times

USPS first class mail- several weeks

USPS priority- 6-10 business days, but often takes longer

FedEx- Approximately 3 days

Combined Shipping

We cannot accommodate requests to combine orders at this time. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

KnitFabric.com is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office, if you believe it was delivered to the wrong address. Please contact your local police department, if you believe it was stolen. KnitFabric.com will refund or re-ship packages that have been confirmed as lost by the carrier. 

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unwashed & uncut fabric that is 1 yard or larger (no returns on 1/2 yard cuts). 

How to Return:

  • Mail your fabric back within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Include a note with either the original packing slip or your name and order number
  • Ship the package to:

  • After we receive your order, you will be refunded for the value of the fabric minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable. 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist you.
