Ordering & Shipping
How much is shipping?
All US orders ship for a flat rate of $8.95, no matter how much you order! We ship through USPS, FedEx, and UPS. For complete shipping information, see our Shipping & Returns page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. During large promotional events and holidays, processing times may be delayed to 3-7 business days. Once shipped, transit times are typically 1-5 business days depending on your location and shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere in the world through USPS or FedEx. International customers may have additional duties and/or taxes to pay upon delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for more details.
What if I order pre-order and in-stock items together?
All orders ship complete. If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, your order will not ship until all items are available. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
We cannot accommodate requests to combine orders at this time. However, with $8.95 flat rate shipping, you can add as much as you'd like to a single order without the shipping cost increasing!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unwashed and uncut fabric that is 1 yard or larger within 14 days of receipt. No returns on 1/2 yard cuts. A 10% restocking fee applies. See our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
Fabric Care
How should I care for my fabric?
Always pre-wash and dry your fabric before beginning your project, unless the fabric description specifically notes not to machine wash. Wash fabrics with similar colors and an appropriate water temperature (cold for darks).
For cotton-based knits, you can expect 2-3 inches of shrinkage per yard. For best results, wash all finished garments inside out on cold and tumble dry low.
How do I know what type of fabric to choose for my project?
Check out our Knit Fabric 101 guide for detailed information on different fabric types, their characteristics, and recommended uses. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the right fabric for your project!
