Ponte fabric (Ponti di Roma Fabric) is a versatile fabric that has a soft hand and full-bodied drape. Ponte is a thicker double sided knit fabric and more firm and sturdier than jersey knits.
This stretchy knit fabric is easier to sew on a sewing machine and provides a figure-flattering fit. Ponte Fabric comes in various fabric blends and stretches.
Uses: Dresses, skirts, trousers, blazers, etc.
Care: Wash cold, tumble dry low. Always pre-wash and dry.
Stretch: 2-way or 4-way.
